One of our last assignments was to make a graphic for National Cocoa Day. The ribbon is made from a simple rectangle, but I used the add anchor point tool so I could use the direct select to get the little inverted sections. After making it to my liking, I put a flag effect on it for the wave. The rest was done from the other tools I learned prior.
